TITLE: SalesPromotions Intern
REPORTS TO: AssociateManager, Sales Promotions + Manager, Store Operations
LOCATED: New York City
INTRODUCTION:
This paid internship will briefly support the everyday operations of the Sales Promotions & &(********************************************************************************** )(************************************************************************************************** )groups at InternationalCosmetics & & Perfumes,Inc (ICP) ICP is the special online marketer and supplier of high-end scents in North America, with a concentrate on The House of Creed brand name.
This function will supply impressive customer service through proactivity, imagination, and company. We anticipate all employee to promote and preserve the intrinsic business culture that cultivates the company’s core worths of: Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication.
OBLIGATIONS CONSIST OF, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for the upkeep of the Event Tracker
- Assist with VIP occasions for Fall 2019 launches
- Assist with Fall 2019 releases as required
- UpdateRetailer Programming Calendar
- Assist with upgrading field group dealing with files for the Fall 2020 season
- Perform information analysis and measurement
- Coordinate product/samples for merchant photoshoots
- Assist with admin staffing reports
- CreateShop in Shop Lookbook of all stores within merchants and stores
- Assist with developing briefs for all imaginative jobs for brand-new buildouts
- Ad hoc task assistance as required
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Matriculating university student finishing their sophomore or junior year with a focus in sales or marketing.
- Excellent organizational abilities and impressive attention to information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database platforms
- Positive mindset, is friendly and has strong social abilities
- Is resourceful and passionate, with an imaginative frame of mind
- Excellent composed and spoken interaction abilities
- Skilled at effectively arranging, focusing on, and handling numerous jobs
- Thrives on operate in an entrepreneurial, busy environment while being versatile to alter

This internship will occur in ICP’s New York City head office from June 1, 2020 through August13, 2020 Interns will be anticipated to work 28-32 hours each week, Mondays through Thursdays, and will be paid $16/ hour for hours worked.
