LOOKING FOR Factory PR looks for Fashion VIP Intern for the Summer 2019 term (May through August). PRIMARY DUTIES
- Organize and product samples and customer collections
- Traffic samples to stylists and publications
- Assist with assembling and upgrading media lists
- Update customer reports
- Help compose VIP media notifies and pitches
- Daily search of publications, blog sites and all home entertainment associated media outlets for stars using represented brand names
- Coordinating messenger services and over night deliveries
- General administrative tasks
- Assist with VIP gifting and mailers
- Assist with VIP fittings and consultations
- Plan and work occasions consisting of celebrations, fashion programs and discussions
REQUIREMENTS
- Background of research study in appropriate field
- May have the ability to make school credit
- Must have the ability to devote to 3 to 5 days weekly
- Must have experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Priorfashion, public relations or business workplace experience is a plus
SETTLEMENT
- This is an unsettled internship
- Weekly class will be used by a range of PR specialists to teach the essentials of fashion PR consisting of social networks, pithing, editorial marketing, pattern forecasting and more
